How to run a repair installation

How to run a repair installation when using Sage 50cloud Pastel.

Hold the Windows key + E to open file explorer.
Go to your local dive/C Drive.
Right click the Pastel/Xpress folder.
Select Rename and rename the folder to Pastelxx/Xpressxx.old.
- xx represents the version of Sage 50cloud Pastel you're running
- For example: Pastel19 or Xpress19
Go to the installation file and double-click on it.
You can go to https://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/ to download the installation if applicable.
Select Next and then click Repair.
Select Next then Install.
Click Finish.
Restart your computer.
